I watched Spider-man on my birthday~! It was great. It was probably the best movie I have watched this year. Of course, I've only watched a few movies in 2004... I like how Peter is such a geek. MJ is evil and useless. How many times does she have to be kidnapped? But I guess the raison d'etre of being a superhero's heroine is to be abuducted and then saved by the hero....

I got my cousin (whom I live with now) hooked on the Castlevania series. She didn't really play video games before, although she was absolutely in love with Mario. But now she is showing the signs of a obsessive gamer - she's trying to collect all the souls and items and stuff. Nice. She insists that she'll stick to action games and never, ever touch an RPG - but we'll see about that.
Speaking of RPGs, Genso Suikoden IV is coming out next month!! Yay. I hope it's better that the previous one... to be quite honest, I was rather disappointed by Genso Suikoden III. The new one has a nameless main character, just like I and II, which is promising. But he has a best friend who is obsessively protective of him, which means the best friend is probably going to get himself killed or he's going to betray the main character... the Law of the RPG Best Friend never fails.
