What I like about surfing fanart pages of novels such as Harry Potter is that everyone has their own visual image of the characters. XD Everyone's Harry looks more or less the same, but I've seen a multitude of different pictures of people such as Snape and Lupin. I have my own mental images of the characters too. They're quite different from the ones I draw, but these are the images I have (or had) in my head:
Draco Malfoy. I imagined him to be like Ernest from "Evans's Will" in Family of Poe by Hagio Moto. Ernest is a rich boy who harasses Edgar, the main character, in this chapter. >:D
Sirius Black. My image of Sirius corresponds with Gustaf from Hagio Moto's Visitor.
Remus Lupin. I imagined Prof. Lupin to look like Lyndon from Hagio Moto's The Savage God Reigns. Kinda tired looking... If you hadn't noticed, I am a fan of Hagio sensei. XD
Barty Crouch Sr.. This was the perfect image I had for Mr. Crouch!! (except later, upon reading book 4 again, I realized he had a moustache.) A doctor from Tezuka Osamu's BLACKJACK's "Recollections Of An Old Woman." His name is even Dr. Bart. >:D
Severus Snape. Not anymore, but when I first read the HP series, I thought Snape would look like this particular Disney character... *runs and hides*

What did you name your stuffed dolls when you were little? Kids seem to come up with really creative names for their dolls... either that, they are really, really simple. Like my dolls. Examples: A stuffed carrot doll = "Ninjin-kun" (Mr.Carrot). A tiny bear doll = "Kuma-chan" (Little Bear). A sheep doll = "Hitsuji" (Sheep). I had two human dolls and which I named Ramen and Soba (buckwheat noodles) cause their hair looked like particular pastas. Terrible... I also had a Jenny (the Japanese equivalent of Barbie, sorta.) doll which I named after myself, too. T_T;;; My little sister had really strange names for her stuffed stuff, but I won't mention them to save her honor... >:D
